Terms of service
OVERVIEW
This website and online store are operated by MVP Marketing LLC, operating as StoryWorkHouse Shop. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MVP Marketing LLC.
MVP Marketing LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and Services available through the site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or made available by hyperlink.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, you may not access the website or use any Services.
Any new features or tools added to the current store will also be subject to these Terms of Service. You may review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
SECTION 13 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Replace the sentence beginning with “In no case shall MVP Store...” with:
In no case shall MVP Marketing LLC, StoryWorkHouse Shop, or our owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service, any products procured through the Service, or any other claim related to your use of the Service or any content or product made available through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The existing document currently names MVP Store in this section.
SECTION 14 — INDEMNIFICATION
Replace the existing paragraph with:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MVP Marketing LLC, StoryWorkHouse Shop, and our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, owners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by a third party due to or arising from your breach of these Terms of Service, your breach of any documents incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of another party.
The original indemnification language also identifies MVP Store rather than MVP Marketing LLC.
SECTION 18 — GOVERNING LAW
A stronger version for your Ohio LLC would be:
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Your current wording only says “the laws of United States,” which is very broad.
SECTION 20 — CONTACT INFORMATION
Questions about these Terms of Service should be sent to:

Every remaining occurrence of “MVP Store” in the policy should be replaced with “MVP Marketing LLC.” “StoryWorkHouse Shop” can remain the customer-facing store name, while MVP Marketing LLC is identified as the legal operating entity.
